Development and production of tools
Based on the requirements of the customer - project, the development in the company deals with:
Product design, assessment of the possibilities to manufacture such product Analysis of technical, legal/legislative requirements, safety and environmental regulations affecting the product, i.e. specific product characteristics Design and development of silicone compounds to meet both qualitative and technological product requirements - we cooperate with leading suppliers of basic raw materials in the silicone sector. Analysis of technological influences on the product - choice of mold concept - design of cutting planes, multiplicity of cavities, mold dimensions, injection system and mold filling (in cooperation), cost and time schedules, removal of parts from molds...
We design tools:
Molds for molding both in the traditional way and by injection molding technology from both HTV and LSR materials. Templates for extrusion - matrices Jacketing and forming mandrels for the production of silicone-textile hoses Production preparations for special production, cutting, bonding and finishing of products
In our technical preparation of production, we use:
CAD systems - SolidWorks and DraftSight:
3D input data: stp, igs, x_t 2D input data: dwg, dxf, pdf, image formats (jpg, tif...)
Methodologies of development practices defined by ISO/IATF standard:
APQP - project planning methodology PPAP - product approval methodology DoE - experiment development and planning methodology.
Production of tools:
Partly internal - production of matrices and simple fixtures In cooperation with our selected suppliers - toolmakers. Here, we prefer a long-term cooperation and mutual technical understanding and technological capabilities of carefully selected suppliers. We guarantee the development, production and fine-tuning of each tool for the required production. We cooperate with local companies as well as with leading European specialized manufacturers of special tools for serial production.
